It happened at first then I decided to do a long warm up. After each set I would stop and do another long warm up and then go back to doing the next set until all sets were done then I would do a long warm down.

That sounds like a good idea. I'll have to do these in the bathroom I suppose then. I haven't done Penis Enlargement in the bathroom since this summer. I'm really getting revved up for this new year and new regimen.

I never did em in the bathroom. I would go to the bathroom when it was time to warm up and such though.

So, they DO help with Erect Length...Right?

I have like almost 1.25 inch difference in FSL and E.L.

From my experience they are the best way to make this conversion (FS to EL) quickly but my experience is not a tell all some guys may see different results using the same exercise.

Kausion, that's kinda fucked up. I don't understand, anatomy-wise, what could possibly cause that bleeding. Did you have any other soreness or side-effects along with it? Do you think you just went at it too quickly?

I get the same blood doing clamped horse squeezes or SSJ's when done without warmup so I think it is along the same lines.

About the blood...Maybe it's just a lot pressure?????ha ha I don't know. It doesn't hurt or at least it doesn't hurt me.

Okay. I can't entirely relate. I've never done any girth work, as I need so much improvement with length, and I haven't really done many of the advanced techniques, beyond a rep or two out of curiosity. I still feel like I can get more growth out of phase one and two type exercises and sometimes I'll find myself slacking off and neglecting my Penis Enlargement for a couple weeks. I can't say slacking off, as I truly am a very busy person.

At any rate, I get alarmed when I hear about blood coming out of dicks and I just want to know about the circumstances so I can avoid that shit as I progress. Thanks for the input.

Yeah, I know what you mean Penguinsfan. I didn't have a single injury for a while but then like I don't know exactly anymore when it first happened, but I started to bleed from like a tear in the urethra or meatus? I can't remember which it is called, but whatever the outer part of the penis hole is called that is what was slightly torn or cut or something. It doesn't bleed really at all anymore. I think it has from a length session maybe once in the last month and then again with the Erect Stretches. I don't know what I did exactly to get that injury initially. I just can't remember any moment where I felt pain or any kind of sensation that alert me to a potential problem like bleeding from there. I was a little freaked out by the blood the first time it happened, but then I grew accustomed to it after a while. I then rested from Penis Enlargement for a short time and began using neosporene on the hole and also when I started up Penis Enlargement again I started warming up again with a hot-wrap for at least 5 minutes. This really has helped me.

I did 10 sets of Erect Stretches the other night and didn't bleed so I'm glad about that.

For everyone, because we are all obviously worried of injury somewhere in our minds the importance of the foundation we were told of when we first embarked on this journey is too great to ever ignore. The jelqs not only help blood flow, but condition the penis, kegels help with penis strength or stamina, and the warm-up and warm-down parts help reduce the chance of injury. I neglected all of these for quite a few months and I think I paid the price hence I haven't gained since that time when I was doing all these things. I haven't started jelqing yet again but I will begin on Monday and continue to do 500 every other day (wet jelqs that is) along with a mini girth routine. Within a month I expect to see the results I first experienced with my penis when I started almost a year ago.

I think some times and I know from experience that we stray too quickly from the basics or fundamental exercises that we take our penis down a path setup for failure. I'm not saying someone can't go on to the big boy exercises quickly like say a couple months with the newbie and then putting on a clamp or anything and see results(if I thought I was ready I'd try it out too and will when ready though), but for the good majority of us maybe Phase III or IV exercises are a bit much even after 12 or 18 months. I remember trying out Phase II after joining the site back in the late Spring after only having been Penis Enlargementing since February. I couldn't do it more than three weeks and then only a few times after that every so often. I just wasn't ready and I think it left me in a confused state like where do I go from here?

I never thought of just sticking with a newbie routine or something similar in principle. That's always an option and it could just workout for any of you. The sole purpose of this post is to open the minds of those thinking of moving on to more advanced methods thinking they will automatically give advanced results if you just stick with it. However, if you've only been in the game for a short while or have doubts as to whether or not you are ready it may not be wise to go on. So I'm not trying to steer anyone away from something like Erect Stretches, but to let them know that if they are not ready, yet the basics aren't the worst thing in the world. I'm basically doing them still, but soon I'll be doing even more of the basics added with a few more sets of exercises with a slightly more degree of difficulty. I've tried these out and found what I like and am applying them. This took 11 months though to put something together that I find comfortable enough to work at maximum level. So, experimenting is fine obviously, but take your time fellas. Everyone has their own pace, life, but just take time to think of your level of experience and comfortability sometimes.

Very much agree with this! Good post!

I dont do any training for length until now. Then i tried this exercise and it was a little bit painful for me to do this. So i will dont made them again and only continue with clamping.

Do you clamp the penis at the base alone, or do you clamp around the balls as well?

Is it better to jelq before or after erect stretching?

I have a couple questions:
1. Do you clamp the penis at the base alone, or do you clamp around the balls as well?

2. Is it better to jelq before or after erect stretching?

Mike I would say the answer to both your questions is simply, a matter of taste.
I cant see it makeing much difference if one clamps around the balls as apposed to around the shaft, and also not much advantage or disadvantage to jelq before or after.

Hmm I would really like to get into this, but my dick is a pussy. lol I just think I could get injured from it. Maybe I will try one at the end of my routine, since I always edge after my workouts.

Ive been doing this the past few days and I definitely feel it

I did 3 sets of pulling it in all directions for about 40 secs with as much strength as I could, and even doing those squat stretches when I pulled up
I was wondering with this, since it isnt flaccid stretching can it be done everyday like flaccid or should there be a break somewhere?

Im begining to get scared and think the ligs in my penis are way too strong for me to overcome lol....

thanks

Carl
