Let's say you do flaccid jelqs and gain and then you hit a plateau and the way to get past that would be erect jelqs.
But you wouldn't know that when you don't measure frequently - let's say every 1-3 months.

I suggest doing frequent measurements of Bone-Pressed, Flaccid-Stretched to be sure length routine is gainful. I would also measure after every girth session to be sure expansion is high. Official measurements I would take every 3 months.

Measuring can be demotivating LOL measuring evry month sounds reasonable,0ne cm per month is a good thing..after two months in a half an inch can be gained..

Any gain is a good gain but when we give ourselves enough time between measurements the outcome is usually much more motivating.

Thats a slippery slope. Even in the fitness industry, Physical trainers advise clients to step on the scale once a week and not daily. If you do not know if you are gaining, you can't revise your routine maybe add more exercises or intensity..You are then a blind man hoping for the best. Im new to PE but I have decided to bring my body building principles to help with PE.

people that is into weightlifting and stuff that area looks smaller the huge body mass really gets all of the attention LOL

I just started doing expressive stretches with he LM for 10 mins daily. What am I suppose to feel? No pain but it feels like I'm pulling my ass hole towards my sac!
Also DLD if I may offer a suggestion: how about moving the power assist forum up with the LM,SG & PF forums. I think more brothers would contribute & gain if it was towards the top forums.

Great way to access that internal penis. Hole stretching is one of my favorite LengthMaster exercises. With the ring pressed firmly against the body allows so much internal penis to become exposed and exercised. Thanks for posting!
