I've found hypnosis to be quite enjoyable and effective. Of course finding a good program or a suitable hypnotist for you can take time.
Open mind is a very big concept here.
To summarize it very quickly, there's usually a trance inducing part, where you just chill and concentrate on your breathing and relaxing your body.
Then there's the main portion which varies a lot between makers, it can be affirmations or a story kind of hypnosis to give your mind the idea of doing something differently. Some programs might have subliminal messages that bypass the conscious mind.
There are also triggers in use or some programs aim to make you create a certain trigger. (Could be rubbing your fingers together to create a certain sensation, just one example.)
One could say it's "programming your mind", there is a great selection of personal development files around when you do some searching.
Some hypnosis files are very strong and there is a big amount of bad stuff around, unfortunately. Research, research and research ...
There are makers that have produced quite bizarre files (from my point of view) but that also provide safe files.
Just be careful if you venture into hypnosis.
As I did mention subliminals, those are one way to go as well. Subliminals can be very effective as well but I would possibly advice even more caution.
With hypnosis it's often that you can hear at least something that is being suggested etc., but with subliminals it's a straight route to the subconscious.
With hypnosis or subliminals, progress with care. There are flush files available that can help but just consider who'd you want to invite inside your mind. If one wants to progress with "more safety", I'd probably suggest binaural beats and such.
Hopefully this message doesn't put anyone off from trying any of the mentioned methods!
Because there truly are some great files around that can help with the quality of life, that's what I like to think at least.
I've just dabbled with some files from around the beginning of this year and I've had relatively good progress. At least some healthy weight loss, clarity of mind, enhanced physical attributes.
From my point of view training your mind to allow it to accept PE / enhancement of your manhood is quite essential.
