For those of you just visiting this thread I've been using Kettlebell Hangs in my routine after I hang straight down. I think this workout has a huge impact on length gains when hanging because as soon as I started hanging and kettle bell hanging I had an amazing length explosion where I put on the majority of my length. I mean, I had a few weeks off cause I was sick but I went from 5.9 BPenis EnlargementL to 6.3 BPenis EnlargementL in my first 25 days of Penis Enlargement when I was hanging and kettle bell hanging. You can check out my thread for the picture proof. This workout works.

One of the rare things I have not tried.
 
Thanks to this thread and the one by Priapus90 I have begun with the kettlebell (10 lb) hanging. The one thing so far which appears to be working for me is that I stretch with the kettlebell for a while to loosen things up, and then I use the size genetics for my 2-4 hour session to cement it in. The kettlebell warmup seems to give me an extra 1/4" of stretch (while in the extender) which the extender normally cannot seem to pull out, and so I think this may be a good combo.

Yeah, it seems to stretch from the head, backwards as apposed to the way we usually stretch, which is from the pelvis outward. It is definitely worth doing before or after a stretching/extending/hanging routine.
 
So when you're talking about kettlebell hanging Tahir, you mean kettle bell v-stretches?

What kettlebell exercise are you doing?

That is exactly what I'm doing. The only difference is I don't actually use a kettle bell. I have a belt that I loop plates through and then hook my penis through the belt, just as I would hook my penis through the handle of a kettle bell.

I ask everyone questions then average it out in my head - everyone seems to have different answers and contradicting data. It's unwise to listen to just 1 person for something of this nature. I ask as many people I can questions or read their logs and I look for trending data and conflicting data, and I make my conclusions that way. Some guys have gained 2 inches from manual stretching, some guys nothing. Some guys can't gain girth for shit but have no problem gaining length, I am the opposite. Everyone is different so I try to ask everyone questions who I think are putting in a good effort what is working for them and I keep it in the back of my mind for when I am doing my own research. hello guys! I began to hang with "KB" yesterday.............My original KB is too heavy so I hang like this:




I started with 4 kg but I didn't fell the stretch sensation so I will try with 5 kg
 
Also try moving it around on your shaft, in other words not keeping it at the base. See how that feels

I did it ...with 7 kg.....but the foam is not enough to protect me :it's hurt me a little.
I will find something else between the cordura cord and my unit......thanks for the advic

7kg is a lot to start. You need to condition your penis. Maybe start at 10lbs?

Obviously it isn't conditioned for hanging weights off the shaft. Each exercise is different. Ie. Pumping for 10 years will do no conditioning whatsoever for hanging.

I didn't think about this! You are right!! I will stay at 5 kg for some time.......

Question: is it possible to do another kind of stretch with a kb? I only do v ones
