I am going to have to try these once my downward hanging days are done. This looks like it could really bust out some lenght if you were hanging SO 15 lbs with 7-10 lbs kettle ball!

In my experience it's actually more of a lig hang than a tunica hang. It stretches the ligs from the glans toward the weight as apposed to from the pelvis toward the weight. Try a set for 20 min then jelq. Your flacid length will be up half an inch.

This foam is what you put around the pipes!! sorry for my english but the string cut and pass trought the foam so I KB hang with a climbing rop now (way more easyer and comfortable) I ll send a pic soon

i was wondering if anyone ever created some kind of wrap that has a rope you cna tie around your neck or somehing and then do these sitting for extended periods. I have a 35lb ive used, actually jsut did my regular sqauts with it on haha. anyway, my hands are what get fatigued not my penis. if i had a way to tie it i think i could do it for a half hour straight.
 
I've traded in my kettle bells for a power assist :cool:

Actually there's only one exercise I do with the PA, the Tunica Fulcrum Stretch. Pretty much the same thing I did with the kettle bell but it's really hitting the stubborn ligs.
 
so, im sure i havent invented this but I have two excersises i have "created" with the kettle bell. i wouldnt try this if you are new to Penis Enlargement and I cant say that doing this a lot wont also hurt you! dont take my advice, jsut something I have done.

the first one I call "fighter pilot".... need to be seated with enough room for overhang and also to lean back. edge of bed works.
1. pull penis all the way through till kettle is against body.
2. grab penis like a fighter pilot control with one hand. jackoff kungfu grip.
3. lift legs and put them on top of the kettle bell bar.
4. grab your other free hand around your hand.
5. lean back, pull up like a "fighter pilot" trying to regain control of a jet haha and push down with your legs at the same time. this is pretty intense.

second i call "level ups" and this is also intense.
1, put penis in kettle bell. kettle bell midshaft.
2. use "reverse ok" grip
3. stretch out and attempt to get the kettle bell to "level" with your penis straight out. this is not something i would do to hold a long time, just sometimes when hanging ill do it. its intense.

other than that i just hang two ways.
1. reverse ok grip at the head with the bell at the hand. so midshaft/to the front. this feels like a more length type hand but what do i know?
2. overhand jack off type grip, penis in hand with the head sticking out and the kettle bell at the base.

Feel a gentle stretch in my unit with 5 kg but seems that I need more weight
 
so i tested this method and i was astonished about how the pull felt. both the straight out and the straight up. it feels like it is lurking out the inner penis on me.


however i do not have a kettlebell. so i made my own tweak (i personally thing this is the easiest one for everyone to make)

get a carabiner: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:HydromaxS_Carabiner.png

and hang heavy stuff in one end and putt your penis through and use that.

now make sure it is big enough. and perhaps do some home made padding on it. but really this is really really easy.
 
Has anyone tried doing these erect or even semi erect? I get a great stretch when I do them that way.

i'm uncut and when i hang in the middle. the weight shifts around with the excess skin. is there a way to compensate?

Pull back and strap down skin using ACE Bandage. After wrapped then try.
 
i tried kettlebells erect but its just too much imo. i think you could probably fracture your dick doing it unless you use a lighter weight..


however... i have been doing kettlebell __________ stretches.... give that shit a shot! dont know if anyone else has done these...

still running into wrist and hand fatigue making it hard to do for long times. about 20 min im done in. im going to work on some kind of hands free wrap or some way to hold it without having to twist your wrists all up. i prefer a jack off grip for base hangs and a reverse grip for hannging bent at the head
 
Whenever I do these it's erect. Feels like I'm ripping my inner dick out of my body and it's a great stretch. I've done up to 25lbs this way but I have to do very short sets, maybe 30sec then immediately switch to a 15lb for another minute or two. I keep switching back and forth for 20min or so.. Sometimes less.
 
i went back to these
honestly i think anchoring at the base and pulling straight up to the belly fatigues the ligs because it anchors them. no other stretches fatigue my dick into a strethable state as well. it gets it done..when i manually stretch its not easy to remain limp, this way it is and its so much better. my hands get tired thouhh, i use 35 lber. need a way to do it hands free for an hour at a time, would be awesome.
