hi;

im doing kegel exercise about 2 month and my pc muscle dont became more strong, i feel it is week, my orgasm time is same as the beginning of training;

i was doing exercise every day 3 times a day; when i had finish exercise, i feel that my pc muscle was strong but that feeling gradually disappearing;

Maybe you're doing it too much and need to do it a bit less. How many kegels a day do you do?
 
Ok so lets take a systematic approach, your oragsm time is not a direct indicator of the strength of your PC muscle group.

Back down from 3x per day and take it slow. Do the normal kegels for a set of 50 to get warmed up and see how you feel, if your exhausted then stop at that point, if your not then work on the 5 second hold and release for a set of 10 or so. you dont have to be entirely fatigued to make gains in your PC and its power.

Im not doing certain number of kegel, when i feel i cant more hold then i releasing. Maybe that be reason? So i dont doing certain kegel per day, im doing while i can hold...

Okey but kegel exercise im doing for increase orgasm time..
 
Kegels are not enough to cause a great effect without the inclusion of girth work. I would at least include a 15-20 minute jelqing or pumping session, this, with the Kegels will make your Pelvic Floor Muscles strong. The strength comes not only from the well conditioned PFM but also the increased blood flow to the penis.

So i should do jelqing with kegel and will be my sex stamina very well?

Do I do jelqing only per day 15 minute ?

Maybe i was doing kegel exercise wrong ?

Yes, incorporate Jelqing with your Kegels. A Kegel is simple to know if you are doing it correctly; When you are urinating and you stop the flow midstream, this muscle movement is a Kegel. Now you do not need to do the Kegels with the Jelqing, they can be done at different times but it is always good to Kegel while you are Jelqing.

Im depressed 4 years and of course i have low dopamine level, can that therefore i cant control my orgasm? And not incorect kegel exercises ?

That bad joker right there. I have it fairly mastered, its taken me from not only multiple orgasms but i can also do multiple cumshots in a single session as well. Takes a bit of practice but its fun once you get it and when you get the chance to demonstrate it with an intimate partner, their face is a sight to behold lol.

I utilized this today and my respected other got to the point where they asked if i could stop unloading on them lol.

I was always wondering about what you said here. I know the feeling you discribe, it`s behind the dick and when I do the Kegel you can see everything moving into the body a little bit.
But shouldn`t you feel it where you balls are when you lay on a bed? I feel it on both areas but if I want to do both I have to really concentrate.
Is one of the ways the wrong one or are both correct?

No, you will feel it from the anus to the core muscles. You should see visible movement of the penis.

Reverse kegels use core muscles, regular kegels dont
