Hey guys, found this on a web site amd thought it was pretty interesting.

Myofascial Unlocking was part of the program that the Soviet Union was using nearly 50 years ago to stretch out the penis as much as they could in their gymnasts. This targets not only the ligaments, but the covering of the ligaments and muscles that restricts the ligaments ability to stretch and lengthen. This little-known technique can help men get that extra 1/2" to 1" that their current programs cannot.

One way to increase your enlargement program is by using a penis pump after Stretching, Jelqing, and Myofascial Unlocking. I have see this before. In fitness it is a tech used to help prevent injurys and increase flexibilty. It helps you relax and loosen your muscles (or whatever else)

To put it in laymens terms its a deep massage, thats a over simplification however.

For the Penis Enlargement world it will help relax ligs and tissues around the area allowing for a greater gains becuase you can pull further.
 
What would you use to relax the ligs and tissue then? This sounds more in depth then just a hot rag or shower.
 
In the fitness world they use a foam roller, I am not sure what they would use for Penis Enlargement.

I think the basic Jelq is kinda a myofascial release in itself

Whats the webiste to the book??
 
Hydromaxm, i've been curious for years if myofascial release could be applied to Penis Enlargement, since the tunica is basically fascia. my question is whether the author of the book is legit. why the fuck was the soviet union trying to lengthen the penises of gymnasts? sounds goofy

Its not really based on "Penis enlargement",its mostly based upon increasing sexual stamina.
 
Thanks for the creation of this thread... I had my own ideas regarding myofascial release (penis is almost completely made out of fascia / connective tissue). I got the ebook... will consume it shortly and share my ideas on this.

BTW I'm a massage therapist, so I deal with fascia all day long...

Points for mentioning that overall health is a MUST for any Penis Enlargement methods to work at full capacity. Something most people miss and leave out.

I'm a aspiring massage therapist as well, and I have been experimenting with a technique that we use in class to expand and relax the tissue.

Its basically a myofascial technique; using your intention and touch to release the end points of a muscle to cause it to relax.

I've been doing Penis Enlargement myself consistently for about a month and a half now, and I've gained about a half an inch or so in length.

However I'm not sure if the gains I've experienced are related to the myofascial technique I've been using.

If anyone is interested in the technique I'll be happy to post it.

I've also come across several studies that suggest using your imagination to exercise your muscles is almost as good as actually working out your muscles, in terms of muscle gain.

I think Penis Enlargement can be very similar but haven't been at it long enough to determine yes or no.
