Hi guys:

I started the ptogram2 weeks as ago and I'm noticing that i can't hold an erection as before. Don't know why. I have been eating raw beets since 4 days ago in all3 Daily meals. Dose it matter? Help please!!!!!! I'm 26
 
Welcome to the brotherhood Alexis, we're here to help you man, let's talk it out and I am sure we will find the problem and help resolve it. Give us some more feedback too and maybe we can better diagnose the issue. What's your PE routine look like? How often are you doing it? How often are you resting? Do you have any experience with PE prior to this? When did you notice the change in your Erection Quality (EQ)?

Might be time to incorporate some rest brother. I had this happen to me in my first 2 weeks of training too, it's nothing to be concerned about. Your dick is just tired. Try giving yourself 2 days off and see if that resolves it.

Rest days are important for you as you build and accustom yourself to a training regimen for PE. Remember your penis is new to this and is not used to working this hard. It needs to recover too.

Another issue some guys have had is that as they make gains, they are not doing enough kegels to support their new size. There is a great thread to read about that that will help to explain the importance of kegels to PE and penis growth.

its normal as your penis is fatigued......it happened to me as well but in a few days it was back to normal....you can take break from girth workout and do length instead
 
Your dick is tired of you touching it because all you bring is pain.

Are you doing the kegals that are in the routine? They're kind of a big deal even if they seem kinda meh.
 
Sounds like fatigue to me too, how much have you been training? Some men need more healing time, or rest, than others.

I have been doing PE everyday for the last 14 days.
600 jelks. (maybe that's too much)
400 kegels but I'm not sure if I'm doing them the right way.
I go all exercises once everyday for 1.5 hour.
I have no experience on PE.
I noticed changes after the first 10 days when jelking and trying hard to get a solid erection I couldn't.
Sometimes while doing other exercises I feel a very solid erection but doesn't last more long. I haven't count the minutes of these solid erection moments.

I'm thinking of switching to 3 days per week and focus on kegels. I read the link you post me'and was very useful :)

I typed a longer reply but when i hit "submit reply" my internet conecction went down >:( and had to type this post again.. Damm internet connection.

Anyway thank you for helping me. I want you to try this. No underwear ever again, sleep naked as long as possible. Take nude sunbath on your entire body incluiding balls. I think it helps too.

I would like to get girth instead of length. However I think i have been doing some jelk exercise focusing on length (without realizing) because i lose some erection during the exercise which in turn works for getting longer pines. I don't care if it gets longer but i do care about girth and erection. I think i do need to rest. How was your experience?

In fact It dosent hurt. I do feel a great preasure in the dick. Somethimes when I squeeze the blood to the head is harder because erection isn't as strong. I will rest for a couple of days and change my routine. Do you recommend something else?

Yes, looks like I need to reast and hopefully erection will go back as strong as before. Thank you for your post. =)

Kegals are pretty much the boss of helping that. Only other thing I could suggest is making changes to your rest cycle. Some people do fine never taking a day off. Others need one a week, every 4 days, 3 days. I think it should be taken into consideration that pe is tough and you should expect your dick to be a bit worn out.
 
I think in the end you just need to slow down a bit and get some rest. 600 Jelqs is a pretty intense workout to start with. Cut back and work your way up to it, think of it like a regular workout, no one just hops on the bench and throws 300 lbs on there and tries to lift it their first time in the gym, and if they do, there is usually consequences. Work your way up to 600 jelqs, and give yourself time to heal.

Try taking a look at the Newbie Routine (it's a sticky in the newbie section), it's a GREAT workout to start with. Once you are comfortable with that and have got some of your newbie gains, then you can move on to the SRT, which is much more intense.

Just remember that this is a marathon, not a sprint. Slow and steady!

This is the truth, the one thing that gives you harder erections without any drugs or herbs is Kegels.

Masturbation could be another reason why You weren't getting the desired erection. I'm still battling with masturbation. I did it twice yesterday. I hope you are in a much better place now.
