There is not one tool that we have been given that we do not make better through creative modifications. I really love how the Brotherhood can do this.

I believe youknowme would asnwer the best here, cause he own a slider extender and I can definitely see the PROs of it over the SG- especially when it comes to going for max stretch power.

it is tough to use the slider extender with the PF. this is b/c the threaded rods arent friendly to the silicone sleeve. I have just purchased a non threaded slider through ebay to use with my SG. will let you know how it goes
 
I'm just wondering how'd I put it on & off, when going to the toilet.

Any possible chance of seeing a video set up of this?
 
well, i am using vacum extender from autoextender and i am starting pe after some brake. OK so what i meant was,, is it ok for the penis to go max stretching right away with this vacumExtender ( is it ok for the penis ) ?
b/c veterans guys always talk about go slow in the begining to let the penis adapt, but i am not shure if u have to adapt your penis if you are using PF
setup or VacumExtender b/c u are not cutting circulation in no way and just pulling the penis.
i am just thinking about this as i am eating chocolate cake with cream .

The exact same as I was going to say! I believe length sessions vary in:

1-Intensity
2-Time
3-Types of exercises
4-Types of gains

But here I am just going to mention the Intensity-Time ratio I believe works the best. Since length gain mechanics are based on the principle of exhaustion and riding the wave of fatigue- it is best for you to get as long legnth session as possible to reach exhaustion and then continue the mitosis that is happening in the ligament or tunica ( SRT theory ). Now it is true that a big weight can get you really good gains, but there are 2 reasons why I would advise you to start off lightly and the steadily increase:

1- Because of adaptation. If you start with the maximum intensity possible you will see gains for the first few months and then, when your penis gets adapted to this level of intensity- you'd have to incrase it so you can break the plateau and give you penis a stronger stimuli to adapt to. That way- you'd have to upgrade and upgrade to a level where you'd have to PE max intensity all day long. I really don't feel like I can explain this properly, but put into simple words- try to take your "newbie" gains and then move on to more instensity.

2- Because of your poor level of penile conditioning (because you have deconditioned from the last time you stopped PE-ing and exercising you penis)- if you just up to a very big intensity- there are is a big risk of injury. Take bodybuilding as an example- if you work out and stop going to the gym- you come back after 3-4 months (in which you have already lost your strength and strength endurance) and jump to the HUGE weight and intense sessions- not a good idea....

Actually this was very understandeble, that post was that kind of reading that made me think of PE in a new and so much better way. I think i will use my VacumExtender at lower intensity and wait for gains ( i am now using intensity that make my shaft stiff ).

It would be great if it can be worn for 6-7 hours straight with no taking off and I can totally see that happening. I remember youknowme said he would try sleeping with it on...
 
ok, lets say if we would use an Extender for 10 hours a day for 7days a week. That is 3650 hours a year. i think it's possible to gain that way, i think i will try that method

Mate, not only that, but it is now official that it can be worn while you sleep as well. Youknowme officially said it- he tried sleeping with it and it worked MUCH better than the PF only according to him! this means 10 for the entire day and 7-8 more while you sleep= monster rate of gaining! :)

Yes, especially with all the new things that come out and the brotherhood figures out. Like the VLC/SG combo, the SG/PF one, homemade hangers and MANY more! It is truly amazing how crative people are and I can definitely see PE being on an entire new level after a few years! :)

There is nomagic number of hours you should perform exercises that you should get a magical number of gains. Everyone gains at a different rate and diffent speed. Some people's tunicas are a bit tougher to stretch, some have higher, tighter ligaments etc. It is just that it is a BIG mark that once has been reached- should definitely show the results of the hard work! :)

isn't the 1000 hours based around the studies done on extenders? also 1 hours extending for 1000 days will not yield many if any gains. but 100 10 hour days is a much different story. So like Zam said their are individual differences in gains that depend on the person and then there are also differences in how the person achieves there time worn
