Hey everyone, Im going to post my routine and what equipment I have and if anyone can suggest any tweaks at all to help me along it would be greatly appreciated !
so right now I am currently working on phase 1 of the MOS program, I have a extender and a bathmate hydropump along with MOS Titan pills, here is my routine:

5-10 min warm up
Testicle Health exercise
Warm down

5-10 min warm up
3 sets of 30 second stretching BTC, down, straight out and up, all to the middle, left and right angles.
Warm up
600 2 second jelqs
100 quick kegels
50 kegel and hold for 5 seconds
Kegel and hold 60 seconds
Warm Up
4 sets of 1 hour in the extender
Warm up
Bathmate for 2 minutes(gradually increasing time as i feel comfortable)
Edge for as long as I feel, at least 20-30 minutes
Warm down
Finish.

If their is anything I can switch or tweak let me know, my biggest question is, even if i don't do these exercises in the order some of you do them, will i still gain anyway, as long as Im doing it right?

Sounds a bit beefed up for a newbie routine but if you don't feel overtrained stick with it.

I would do the bathmate prior to Jelquing so you can use the preespansion during the jelq.

I think the routine looks great. The only place I would modify is the jelqing and BathMate use. I would combine them into a super-see doing 5 minutes in the BathMate and 5 Minutes of Jelqing and repeat this 3x. This will work to bring much better expansion and even gains. Other than that the routine looks great. Over time if you find the jelq not being powerful enough you could swap it out for the SlowSquashJelq.

ok great I will be trying that out tonight, i can already tell I will be sore tomorrow, lol
