Simple stretching device

Hello from France!

I start to use this (an fitness handle) to do some manual stretches :

and I do this :

with a leg up too :

and on the sides :

with th handle I can pull into 2 directions : more intense stretch

ps=I knox I MUST loose this fat grrrrrrrrrr

Thats great its like the Power Assist i do similar angles when stretching.

Yup, it is actually how the PowerAssist started, it was a simple ring with a handle. Over the years it has evolved into the LengthMaster and what a device this is! The LengthMaster 2, on it's way, will be the new standard in hanging, assisted stretching and bundled exercise.

One could also tie a long sock or t-shirt into a loop and do some of the same exercises.

The length master is indeed a blessing to PE. Many manual exercises are enjoying their retirements. Length master is the greatest length device ever.
