4. Acceptance with doubt- This is the stage when you get your 1st gain. You are of course as excited as a mofo, BUT you secretly doubt

This how I feel at the moment and self doubting PE. I gained a quarter inch in length just by hanging and some how doubt the process like maybe I measured wrong and so forth.

Hopefully I see better gains with the LM and my new routine.

I’m trying to change my mindset when it comes to my routine and PE in general to a much happier state. It’s just in the beginning when I first started hanging I had that fire and I couldn’t stop now it seems to have died down a bit and I’m trying to bring it back.
 
@orgasmic19 keep pushing bro! The common thread amongst successful multi-inch gainers is consistency /discipline ..I have been stuck at a plateau for months now but I seem to have even more fire! Mind you-my initial gains were very easy( so u can imagine what this has done to my psyche) anyway this is where a ruler comes into play, as well as before/after pics..to break that “doubt”, even when we KNOW we’ve gained.. another thing I’ve experienced is after the pink cloud of gaining ends, after a while it’s like u never even gained anymore.. I look down and it looks the same.... anyway my point is our minds play tricks on us all the time..keep pushing forward and whenever u feel the doubt just look at the ruler.. Congrats on the gains bro !

I went from 5.5 nbp to 6.2 nbp and have been on a plateau ever since…(I don’t measure bone-pressed so I have no idea) I’ve tried just about everything except consistency.. my current routine is 3 hrs extending and 6 x20 min LM sessions all bundled! I only do length bc through my journey I’ve learned that I can acquire girth on demand (like 20 min manual clamping) ..so why not just focus on length u know..I just started this routine about 5 days ago and my only goal is 2 hrs LM a day for 6 months..extending all depends on “if “ I can..then I will measure against this 8 inch paper towel roll that I have been saving..I love extending but it’s been too much of a hassle so now I’m getting my hands dirty and puttin in the work..

Lack of motivation compared when I started - Fire. Fire = Motivation to keep going.
You’ve just gotta put even more firewood(good thoughts) in that fire and blow on it until it’s big, bright and warm.

Hope you manage to rediscover that passion again, brother, and believe me I know how hard it is especially when you’ve hit a plateau like I have. But no choice other than to keep on truckin.

Haha, yeah used to be a big procrastinator before, but after starting ADHD meds it has gotten a bit better.

And yes, social media is an energy drainer, almost never use it ever, got a FB that I maybe check out every second to third month. And that’s it. I’m even tired of YT these days, as that too can be a waste of time.

If we remove all the time wasting tasks in life...imagine where you would be. I need to focus on this. Studying and doing PE isn't easy.
