I will never understand what fluid retention is and why it is a problem as long as you get expansion anyway
Fluid retention expands the skin to much in my option. You will always get fluid retention when pumping, but minimizing it is a good thing.

If you get alot of fluid retention it will linger in the foreskin and stretch out the skin. There is no worry since it goes away, but if we overdue it all the time, it may result in expansion of the skin around your penis.

This is just a theory I have, but I believe it's legit. Because this happened to me when I first got into Bathmate pumping, with no experience. Now with my elongated penis from LM3 stretches, I was able to reduce the relaxed skin around my penis (tighten it up).
 
I believe 5 minutes inside the pump is the perfect amount of time.
Yesterday when I pumped I felt pain not in the head but at the skin connection of glans and shaft. Is this a bad thing? Shall I enter the pump with the glans opened without skin or closed ?

Pain is not a good indication. But it can happen when getting the intensity to the next level. But pain is an indicator that you overdid something. Discomfort is ok, but pain is not good. You should not have pain every session

Pulling back the foreskin is best in my opinion.
 
If I even try to go 10 minutes inside the MityVac Hydro-Vac Penis Pump, I'm asking for trouble (to much fluid retention). With downward c-Jelq's (on the side);
I'm able to reduce the fluid retention after the set (after being inside the pump), but for me there will not be beneficial for me to be inside the pump for that long when the fluid retention is so substantial.

I prefer to increase the intensity during those 5 minutes instead, and then use manual work (Jelq's/SSJ) outside the pump, to force even more expansion when I go inside the pump for the next set.

Last session I was at 15 Hg for 2 minutes without any problem, the expansion/stretch was out of this world. I have built up to this intensity during many many months. It's important to do that, and be careful. Would not be possible for me If I didn't pump with water.

I can also feel my tissue very well, and feel what it needs. I think this is necessary in order to not risk inquiring yourself, if you go insane with your vaccum/pressure.

I do not recommend anyone going this high, 10 Hg I believe should be the upper limit for all.
I believe he might be using air over water. Water at that high of a pressure feels like your penis wants to implode and explode at the same time. Blisters tend to form within 40 seconds the moment you hit 14inHg. That's literally close to 5 times above normal internal pressure the body designed to provide support.
 
I was using water, but due to the small watertrap there was air introduced into the system, so there was an air pocket at the base of my penis.
Never had any blisters from pumping.

Do you see a benefit If someone pumps without SSJ for 2 or 3 sets a day while doing 5x5x3 each other day? I am asking for your knowledge because I want to leverage my results.

The SSJ is the most powerful and gainful exercise possible. When coupled with pumping expansion is extreme
