Hi, I have been very deicated to REDZULU2003's lenght routine for 6 weeks.
My stable gains are 0,5 cm (0,2 inch) and unstable gains are 1 cm (o,4 inch)

I will post results after next 6 weeks.
 
Welcome and good gains thus far! nearly 1/4 inch in length for 6 weeks.

I would suggest taking pix now and than in another 6 weeks, hopefully you did the same before you started as its great to look back on.
 
What do you think of this routine? : Sunday = rest day - I want to make sure that I'm not doing extra work that won't necessarily show more gains.

I like it and this is very organised and structured well. If high volume, like for dld works for you than go for it and let us know how it works buddy.
 
Cool I've been looking for a good routine for all levels, i think i'll give one of these a go. I will make sure to post results. oh, is routine 3 OK for all levels?
 
Another thing that can be used with little discomfort and excellent hold is plastic wrap.
 
I keep hearing references to edging, but I'm not sure exactly what it is. Is there a link somewhere that can explain it? (to save the time of having to type out an explanation)
 
When you edge, just get a maximum or full erection and masturbate until you reach very close to orgasm and STOP ... than star again and get to that point again. Repeat for something like 15-45 minutes or more. Your penis gets erect and fills with blood each time, so remember to kegel often and don't ejaculate. This exercise builds stamina and endurance in the penis so you can last longer but also many believe it releases some chemicals in the penis area that help with gains. I love to do these clamped. Very good and FUN exercise to do.
 
Yeah I've been doing it for a week now, it seems to be having some positive effects, there's been some pre-cum, but im assuming that's normal..anyway thanks for clarifying that. the routine as a whole also has been pretty awesome so far
 
Sounds like you are doing fine. The pre-cum is normal. Let us know how it all goes and you will see gains soon enough.

Hey quick question, been doing a modified version of the length only exercise, doing the DLD Blasters for 10 mins, the DLD squad behind the leg rotaries for 10 mins, and the 'mother of all lig stretches' for 10 mins on a 2 day on, 1 day off schedule for past 2 weeks. Was considering increasing the intensity by perhaps moving to a 5 day on, 2 day off schedule? Have you ever heard of anyone doing a 5 / 2 split before? Any recommendations?
 
Yeah 5 on 2 off is a common schedule used and I myself utilised it back when I started Penis Enlargement. I say go for it and let us know how it goes.

I'm pretty sure I know how to do the DLD Blasters and the DLD squat behind the cheek stretch rotaries, but I can't seem to find any pictures or video graphics of the Blue_Whales ultimate Penis Enlargement exercise otherwise known as the ''__________ secret' or the DLD Expressive stretches.

I'll be searching the forum all night, 2morrow if when I start my routine !
 
I believe that there was some illustrations in the Blue Whale thread or a spawn of that thread.
