After someone uses hanging, extending and pumping. What is a good maintenance routine?
I heard this online “Among the workouts that are useful for stamina maintenance are; towel raises, Kegel exercises, edging, ballooning, and Jelqing, which is PE exercise that is good for both enlargement and stamina enhancement. On the other hand, PE devices like penis pumps and traction extenders are not for stamina maintenance and the same is true with hanging. However, penis pumping can help a lot for guys who have ED.
im just under the impression that your supposed to do light stretching and pumping etc to maintain size. Why does this say not to do extender or hanging for maintenance? I’m so confused.
