I'm not so sure about growth hormones. But I do not think they affect the penis. I think that if you can go for 15 minutes of SSJ with 10 minutes of pumping. That would be incredible for growth.

2. Water Pump or Dry Pump and why?

Water is much more comfortable than air and can avoid air blisters. I would go up over a two week period.

I have heard (not used) that something called "horses 404" are good for girth. Is it true or SSJ is still superior?

No girth exercise is as powerful as the SSJ
 
Not even clamping?? !!!

Stay away from clamping brother. You will not hear much good things about clamping here on MOS. Clamping will not even give you much temporary expansion.

Clamping and pumping combination is too extreme a form of PE. Best girth routine with penis pumps till this day is the well known 5x5x3 routine. PE should be addictive, effective and with less chances of damaging the penis. You are likely to get a thrombosis vein from clamping.

Most people who are new to pumping seems to always get the famous hard lump on their penis in their first month. But this lump heals on its own within 8 days to 2 weeks. I'm one of those who believe that the lump comes as a result of ingrown hairs so you want to shave the penis shaft more often.

With clamping, if you get a thrombosis vein, you will end up taking long holiday from PE with risk of damaging your penis.

We only endorse the best and most effective routines on MOS. Less injury is one of our motors.

Forget about clamping brother. Even the temporary expansion gotten from pumping is bigger than the expansion you get from clamping.

Never clamp! You don't need it. Pump with water and do SSJ and you will get all the expansion you need.
Clamping can be dangerous. There are countless brothers that have been on here, and described problems they got after clamping.
I would never do it. To dangerous and the risk to develop Deep Vain Thrombosis Is to great.
 
DLD and the Brotherhood:
I can honestly tell y’all, that DLD’s 5x5x3 routine here is CRAZY good. I have employed this, to a tee the last few days, and I’m telling you, this really gets the whip maxed out! It makes my whip so much more sensitive as well. Might just be me? I didn’t want to measure this early from my start, but wanted to after this sesh. BPFSL was right at 7”. BPEL is about the same as well. The EG is really what I want to smash. I’m right at 4.75-ish. That NEEDS work. But I’ll get to 6” EG goal with time and determination. The pic is attached. Yes, I use Avocado oil as lube. Just my preference and it moisturizes the whip. I can ONLY imagine what the end result will be after this first year of dedication and consistent work. I’ll take 1/2” in permanent EL length, but I’m really going to strive for the girth! Appreciate ALL the feedback and especially support and wisdom from DLD!!!! Much thanks!

I say it’s better without water. It’s best with air only. Make sure you have lubricant with you.

Start at 4hg if you feel you can go higher stick with 5-6 hg throughout your routine.

Remember 10hg is considered high pressure and dangerous. Anything above will cause too much fluid retention.
 
4 to 5g and work up from there. It is also important to know the 5× 5 × 3 is the best way to go as far as routine is concerned.
