Hi,
May I know if the Uncle Jim wrap is only essential for length in the flaccid state? Or is it obligatory for some healing matter?
I find it inconvenient to take it off every 15 minutes because of work.
I'm not even sure I integrate it well into the day.
My current routine is:
stretch bundles
manual stretch
Uncle Jim wrap (Can I do without it?)
When I get home I attach the extender for 4/6 hours with a variation of traction from low to high;
Immediately after the extensor I use the bathmate with the 5x5x3 exercise and then I attack the silliring and every 30 min I detach it for as many repetitions as I can hold it.
Am I thinking correctly??
The point was also the Uncle Jim wrap, I find it uncomfortable to keep it for work reasons I can't disappear every 15 minutes. I hope that if I remove it it won't affect my earnings.
When I'm not training I keep the phallosan plus extender on as long as I can with minimal traction without almost ever removing it unless I have to urinate, because even with minimal traction it doesn't bother me.
