Hey guys. I just wanted to drop a little bit of what I have been studying that helped me develop my current routine. In my opinion, what causes your dick to increase in size through Penis Enlargement is through plastic flow or deformation of the tunica. You see the spongy tissue inside the penis has the capacity to hold a lot of blood like a real sponge holding liquid. What sets the limit and puts a screeching halt to a man's penis size is the tunica that surrounds the spongy tissue. If a man’s tunica has a large amount of sheer tissue mass and elasticity inside of his flaccid penis, this will result in a huge erection.

Before human tissue reaches plastic deformation, its elastic limit must be breeched and enter a zone called CREEP. Creep is completely time and load dependent and is a phase where the stretched tissue is completely relaxed and slowly creeps away from its elastic limit if the stress remains constant with heat. Once sufficient amounts of creep has been done to the tissue through continuous amounts of time under tension then the tissue enters the plastic deforming zone. Now keep this in mind. All of this is happening at a microscopic level. When the tissue deforms it then begins remodeling at a microscopic level to adapt and set its self to a new elastic limit..
Here is an example with someone who’s a clamper. Say you started out with a maximum clamped penis girth of 5 inches in circumference. That means with a clamp, 5 inches in circumference is your penis’s maximum elastic threshold girth wise. Now for your penis to increase beyond this point it most go through the process I was talking about earlier known as CREEP. Now lets say through creep your clamped penis after 4 fifteen minute sets swells to 5.5 inches without any fluid build up. This extra expansion was cause by CREEP witch caused the penis to slowly creep in expansion beyond its elastic limit of 5 inches in girth. Now after so many hours, days, and months of expansion beyond the penis’s elastic limit from the CREEP phase, this will result in permanent deformation of the tissue. Now your clamped penis no longer needs four 15 minutes sets to swell to 5.5 inches in girth. Instead your clamped penis swells to 5.5 inches as soon as you put the clamp on for your first set. This is because your clamped penis girth was plastically deformed past its old elastic limit of 5 inches in girth to its new elastic limit which is now 5.5 inches in girth. So the idea is to repeat this cycle over and over for gains to accumulate. You keep slowly pushing beyond your elastic limit to the creep and plastic zone. Once your dick has plastically deformed to a new size then that new size becomes your dick’s new set elastic limit and you push beyond this again and again.

Studies have shown that to achieave plastic deformation with the least amount of structural damage to the tissue, less intensity long duration loads are needed under constant heat to effectively and permenentley deform tissue. High intensity or high loads applied to quickly to soft tissue will result in more structural damage and when the load is removed the tissue returns back to its orginal size. This is why I think it is better for guys that hang to not use there maximum weight on the first couple of sets. I know most people say to go to max weight then drop the weight an ride the fatigue like a reverse pyramid but I think its better to do a whole pyramid while hanging then ride the fatigue with less weight. What I mean by this is do warm up sets under heat so the tissue of the tuncia and ligs can adapt and relax to go through the CREEP phase. Then wants the warm up sets are down, then commence to you max weight.

Here is an example:

Let say your hanging workout is 10 sets of 20 mins hanging with the max weight being at 20lbs

You workout should go like this:

Warm up set 1: 5 pounds for 10 minutes
Warm up set 2: 12 pounds for 10 minutes

After these warm up sets are done to let the tissues relax and go into CREEP then do the real hanging sets, starting with your max weight of 20 lbs for ten 20 minutes sets and reduce the weight when necessary riding the fatigue as the 10 sets are done.

First 5 sets: 20lbs for 20 mins
Next 3 sets: 17lbs for 20 mins ( reduce weight riding fatigue)
Last 2 sets: 14lbs for 20 mins ( more fatigue. Had to drop weight further)

Now if you are one of these guys that hang throughout the day then at least do one warm up set using half of the weight that you normally hang with.

What I've noticed on this forum is no one really knows how P.e. works. People like you say its the tunica, but I've heard other people its becaues your gradually stretching the suspensory ligaments so the penis hangs lower.
 
Yeah that can happen from specializing in ligament work but what about the length and girth of the actual ogran its self. Not the ligaments. The tunica's mass and elasticity is what regulates the spongy tissue's blood holding capacity inside of your penis. Once your tunica reaches its elastic stretched limit when an erection is achieved then that's it my friend. That is limit of your penis in volume and girth until further plastic deformation of the tunica is reached through Penis Enlargement.

How would you apply this to a penis stretcher, 4hours at lower stretch, 2h max stretch, 4h lower stretch?

Hey Thr???-X, To keep a constant heat source first I warm up my dick with a glass of warm to hot water for 5 minutes then where a hot rice sock for 10 minutes before I start my morning, lunchtime, and evening Penis Enlargement workouts. During my manual stretching and jelqing workouts I am sitting down on my bed and I have my portable heater next to my dick the whole time to keep the tunica tissue nice and warm for greater deformation will less structural damage. When I do my hanging workout my heater is positioned right next to my dick and pubic area the whole time with my balls out of the way so my sperm doesn't get fried.

Hey plokter, As far as applying this to a penis stretcher I think the stretcher should be set at a set level of resistance the whole time. In my opinion the strecher is used to keep the penis elongated so the cells in the tunica remodel to adapt to the stress from the the main Penis Enlargement workout. If using the stretcher is the only form of Penis Enlargement that you do then I think you should heat your dick up with a rice sock for 5 minutes, do 5 minutes of manual stretches followed by 5 more minutes of using a rice sock then put the stretcher on. As the tissue cools in an extended state, the cell structure will remodel to its new set length at a microscopic level at more likely stay that way.

I will base my new Penis Enlargement routine on this science.

One thing I want to be explain more is does this work better with more lighter session through the day?

Even if I dont do session through out the day but have time to fit in hot wraps in a few times. Will this help with the CREEP in my night session?
 
Also I work out with DC training. The mindset is the only infinite thing when it comes to lifting in pounds. You can superset,giant set,etc. but if you dont lift more over time gains will stop. So I will take a set to complete fail then Im done cause I cant increase the weight so anything past that is pointless. I

I was wondering with CREEP and Penis Enlargement, The only thing that infinite is TUT. I can do plenty sets of 1 min of Horse 440 but nothing is becoming more intense. But what If I do a max hold then Im done cause I cant put anymore TUT on the penis so I would be wasting my time.

Example: I will start with a few 30-60 sec. warm-up sets. The I will hold 1 set to complete fail after 3-4 min. then Im done cause I cant hold it longer then I did in that set so nothing more will come from more sets of the some time or less. Is Penis Enlargement a whole different ball game or am I on to something?
 
Hey girthhammer. What is important is the total time under tension. So if you are doing 20 sets of 1 minute horse440s with 30 seconds of rest in between each set then the total time under tension was 20 minutes not counting the rest time. After so much time under tension the tissue will enter the CREEP relaxation phase. Once the time under tension has exceed the tissue's capacity to handle the internal pressure that the horse440s are inducing then some of the molecular bonds in the tissue will no longer be able to stay in the CREEP phase and break causing plastic deformation. The cells and structure of the tissue then rearrange to perment stretched size in the direction that the stress was being placed on. Now what we are looking for is controlled and safe defomation of the tunica. So don't sqeeze the living day lights out of your tunica when you are doing horse440s because beyond the plastic deforming zone is the tissue rupture zone. Trust me, You don't want to rupture the tissues of the tunica. If this happens then when the tunca heals scar tissue will form and cause a bend in your dick and shortening. Use less to moderate intensity but long time under tension with constant heat to soften the tissues and allow them to hit CREEP easier with less celluar damage.

In my opinion you shouldn't treat your dick like a bodybuilding workout because it is not a muscle. Your dick is an organ. The dick does have smooth muscle in it but not the kind of muscle that will increase in size because of a workout to stimulate it to grow. Your dick increases in size because of plastic deformation of the ligs and tunica. In my opinion taking rest days should only be done for heathy erection quality and avoiding to much accumilated damage to the penis. Rest days do not make your dick magically grow back bigger and stronger then before like working your pecs. The dick is made of spongy tissue, veins, artieries, and fibrous tissue. Those african tribes you see with there lips and ears all stretched out 10 times beyond its orginal size is because of PLASTIC DEFORMATION OF THE TISSUE from years of low level stretch forces.

So you believe that the tunica doesn't need a rest day? I think I remember reading red posting on the tunica and that it needed 48 hours of rest. Did your research tell you something else?

Also do you think CREEP could enter if applying heating cream for stiff joints and muscles on the penis?
 
Hey ronron234, what I'm saying is the tunica only needs rest if too much accumilated stress is being placed on the penis. You will know if too much accumilated celluar damage is being done based on your erection quality. If you have been doing Penis Enlargement for 5 days straight and on the 6th day your erections are shitty then its time for you to take a day or two off. If you are able to do Penis Enlargement every day without any drop in erection quality then I think you should Penis Enlargement everyday which in my opinion will result in the fastest gains in the quickest amount of time. Look at DLD. He didn't believe in taking rest days and look at his dick. DLD trained his dick and induced plastic deformation through out the day 7 days a week which resulted in his rapid gains in my opinion. Now keep in mind guys I am not trying to say that my method is gospel. This information is my opinion based on my research of stretching human tissue. Obviusly guys like Redzulu2003 have gained tremendously with rest days. Hell I take rest days too but only because after 5 days of straight Penis Enlargement my erection quality will start to decline. After a day of rest my erection quality is 100% again and ready for more plastic deforming sessions of Penis Enlargement. Even on my rest days which is Saturday and Sunday I still do light doses of manual stretching when ever I feel the urge too.

As far as the heat creams go, I'm not sure if that stuff realy sinks in deep into the tissues like a rice sock or warm to hot water does. I am going to do some research on these heat induced creams like bengay to see what they are all about.

Hey ronron234 and kingsnake, I know the penis is not a muscle but tissue in the human body have a almost identical healing process. I know it is not a muscle but a article I looked explains why more often training of the tissues will father gains. Take a look.

Acute vs. Chronic Stimuli

In order for the loading to result in significant hypertrophy, the stimulus must be applied with sufficient frequency to create a new "environment", as opposed to seemingly random and acute assaults on the mechanical integrity of the tissue. The downside of taking a week of rest every time you load a muscle is that many of the acute responses to training like increased protein synthesis, prostaglandins, IGF-1 levels, and mRNA levels all return to normal in about 36 hours. So, you spend 2 days growing and half a week in a semi-anticatabolic state returning to normal (some people call this recovery), when research shows us that recovery can take place unabated even if a the muscle is loaded again in 48 hours. So true anabolism from loading only lasts 2 days at best once the load is removed. The rest of the time you are simply balancing nitrogen retention without adding to it.

Now I know you cant completely compare penis tissue to muscle tissue but you can compare the healing of the both. The parts I Bolded are the points in the paragraph that I want you to focus on. If the stress is not applied enough your slowly returning to normal.
 
Good info Girthhammer but also keep in mind that when you do Penis Enlargement you are not providing a stimulus to the penis. You are applying internal streching forces to the penis to force it to deform in the direction that the force is being applyied too. When you are working out at the gym you are not plastically deforming your muscles to grow. You are tearing them down and applying a stimulus for the muscles to grow back bigger and stronger then before if the nutrition is there. When doing Penis Enlargement rest days are for the tissues in your penis to heal any over accumulated cellular damage that would result in loss of erection quality. When you do a Penis Enlargement season the plastic deformation is being done during the session. When the session is done the tissue rearranges at a molecular level to its new set stetched length. The rearrangement of the cells in the tissue will arrange in a manner to cope with any further stress that future Penis Enlargement workouts will induce.
 
About the heating cream - I've used this in football and this definitely goes all the way through the skin. I have no doubt in its abilities I'm more worried however if it delivers too much pain. The best advice I can give is don't EVER let it touch your testicle skin as this does NOT feel good - Personal experience from a stupid bet! :) The shaft itself should be durable however. I hope to do some experimenting here myself.

Now your principle about hanging with less intensity and long duration - Isn't that what ADS devices are doing?
 
Yes Ad devices are providing less intensity long duration stretch forces. When I said hanging with less intensity and long duration I was mainly saying that your intensity should be light for the fist couple of sets to allow the tissues to relax and go into the CREEP phase before the heavy weights are implimented. If you apply to much stress right in the begining of a sesson then a lot more unneccessary structural damage will be done to the tissue and when the load is removed the tissue will more likely revert back to its orginal size which isn't what we are looking for.

During my evening 1 hour jelq and sqeeze variation sesson, I jelq with light intensity for the first 5-10 mins to allow the tunica time to relax and hit the creep phase, then increase the pressure through out the remander of the sesson.
 
Hi King..., I have been working on this theory and read with interest your posts. I have a couple of comments and a question. First the comments. I have been working with a speicialist in the area of Peyronies trying to help men who have this problem. One of the theories that he has come up with and I did post it on here some time ago, is that the penis will stretch if you "sneak up" on it. THIS is similiar to your concept of "creep." You can get it to go past the stage of where it is normally if you do it gently. When you start to pull your penis and it tugs back it is a reflex to protect itself. THAT tugging back or pulling back is automatic. However, if you, fully relaxed and warm, as you said, will slowly and very carefully begin to pull and can get by the "automatic pull back" then you can get some stretch you have never seen before. In order to do this you have to be fully relaxed and I know it sounds funny, but "sneak up" on it so it is taken by surprise and lets you stretch beyond its normal value.

I can't always do it, and when I do get it done, it surprises me how far I can go...you just keep slowly pulling.

Now, having said that, I have been expermenting with low weight and think it is also a key, I will try the low and then the heavier.

Now the question: What about his septum in the center of your penis. THAT is that "wire" type thing that just won't let you get it beyond what it is for Normal. If we could get some way to stretch that then we could conqueror the length issue. I know the tunica is set and can be deformed as you call it, but that septum in the center...feels like a taunt wire to me!, is one of the big issues.

I know you are on the right track on this and I appreciate your sharing it with us. GS
 
Hey German Stallion, As far as the septum goes. It can stretch as well but not as fast as the rest of the penile tissue. This is why I think manual stretches should be held for 3 minutes instead of the normal 45 seconds to 1 minute. With each manual stretch being held this long, it gives all the tissue's in the penis time to relax and adapt to the stretch force being applied. Hanging will definently handle the time it takes the tissues to relax and deform since with hanging sets are normally 15-20 minutes.
