Yes indeed. The SizeGenetics, being the JES Extender was originally used alone with no exercises. They adopted exercises later, after the Matters of Size DVD was released. ALone the SizeGenetics delivers great gains but using it within the SRT environment brings the gains so much quicker.
 
I love the SG, but anybody who calls it "no effort" is out of their fucking mind.
 
Anything worth doing is going to take time and dedication.

The SizeGenetics and other extenders can give size gains by simply putting it on for the recommended time etc.

We have seen thousands of testimonials from men stating this, at the same time though adding an exercise program to the routine will help boost results :)

Sizegenetics for me has been a game changer, primarily because I am a pretty lazy guy. I bought it when I was single in one of my few "thinking ahead" moments. My plan was to grow my penis now, while I was single and kind of a homebody. Didnt want to do the manual exercises all day, honestly I just wanted to sit on the couch, play xbox, single guy kinda shit. So yea, thats what I did. I started out at 5.5in and now im over 6.5in. I still wear it 6 hours a day (wearing it now) and pretty much just trust the process now. I dont care if i see gains in a day or a week, I know if i keep wearing it the gains will come.

Since I am the only guy sharing before and after pictures here, I can answer any questions you guys have.

Do you guys have specific data on using the SG with an exercise program vs using it alone? To be honest, I'm surprised there is so little data available on the best ways to use the SG. I both use and believe in the product, so I'm talking more from the standpoint of trying to optimize results.

That data would be nearly impossible to gather just from the variables involved. In a study like this, with the only variable being the different guys individual responses to the extender, you're able to conclude that the extender made the gains. You start throwing in stuff like manual stretches/hanging, etc. and you don't know what was actually attributed to the extender.

It's a fact though, wearing your extender properly will give you gains. Manuals and other exercises on top can only provide added benefit.

No.

You take a group of men who responded "the same" to the extender (however you want to define that). Half of the group extends for X hours per day at Y tension, and half of the group extends for X hours per day at Y tension and adds in one manual exercise (BTC, for example).
 
I think thats what the forums attempt to do, give guys a place to share what is working. But everyone is different, so its kinda hard to give specific tips. You really gotta just see what works best for you from your own experience. I wasnt having much success until I got curious about how I could make everything easier, and then I started finding ways. One guy just posted about using plastic wrap, its stickied. Its an awesome tip, stuff like that man. Try whatever your creative brain comes up with and report back. Everyone wants the tips you seek, were all trying to collectively find the most effective way to better ourselves and the more guys working on it the faster we can get to a place where any newbie can come in and get results even faster than the guys before him. :)

I haven't seen much erect length gains using an extender but I've gained a massive 2.5 inches in flaccid length in about 16 months of using the device. Keep in mind, I wear the device 20 hours a day. I take it off to shower, piss and shit, that's it.

You should be seeing WAY more gains than that man. I just updated my progress pictures, and over the last few months I reached my 2 inch goal. Are you making FULL USE of the tension rods? Dude you gotta wear those things FULL TENSION in my opinion. What I have been doing is wearing the bars to my stretched flaccid length. I put it on using the noose (personal preference) while pressing down with no tension on. After it is attached, I roll the bars until I am completely extended and I feel the springs pulling on my dick. I wear it like that for 8 -10 hours everyday.

I started at 5.4 and sizegenetics, the other day I remeasured for my fourth update and now measure just about 7.4 inches.

You also GOTTA incorporate daily manual stretching and jelqing. I jelq for 15 minutes every morning in the shower before I put on the extender, Its like my warmup jelq routine that keeps my dick thicker all day and MUCH more comfortable in the extender. I hope you dont mind me asking you some questions, I wanna see if there is anything I am doing that I can share with you

What is your starting size?
How much tension do you use all day?
Noose or Strap?
Do you use manual stretches and jelqs? if so how often?
How much caffeine do you drink on a regular day?
Do you incorporate any pumping routines?
How often do you masturbate?
Do you keep your penis warm all day while wearing it or are you mostly cold?
How often to you remove it to restore blood flow?

I dont mean to interrogate you but I want you to see results, and you have put in a lot of time which is MUCH MORE than most people can say. I am super proud of my results, and if there is anything I can share that will help you and anyone else reading this I will.
