Hi, I recently got the the SizeGenetics Extender, and I had a question about setting the device to 1 cm longer than your full stretched flaccid length. Do you measure from the base of the device to the end of the rod, then add to the bars to make the adjustments? Just to clarify the 4 markings on the piston are for the different tensions right? So if you can see four markings that means it's 600 gs?

Buy the bars from size genetics website or you can try eBay but you have to get the sizing right sometimes they don't match up.
Read the SRT sticky it's very long I think it's basically healing in a extended state.

Maybe you can help me out, can you tell me the actual name of the black band that self adheres to itself that comes with the size genetics? I like it way better than theraban. Would like to get some more, maybe in a thicker mil size. Any help at all would be appreciated. Thanks
 
Wow this is such a useful resource. I've been doing some comparisons between SG and Phallosan but the quality of the parts with Phallosan really concerns me. After reading this (and several other articles here) I think I have a handle on what it takes to be successful with the device (though I may not be able to meet all the time commitments). Looking forward to participating with you all.

You can buy more bars through SizeGenetics, they have a spare parts section on their site. SRT really needs to be read through completely to understand. It will give you guidance on exercise, tools, healing and gaining using the most creative and effective methods out.
 
I have been using the quick extender pro for about a month now,if I switch to using my sg do I have to start all over again using the sg program? on the sg the tension bars don't move when you turn the thumb screws,so how do you know how much tension to use? I had added the medium bars to my sg and with no tension I'm stretched should I start off this way and how long should I wait before I add bars I would like to achieve the 8 inches just need help thanks.

They move on the SizeGenetics, but remember they turn counter clock wise.
 
I'm new to this forum although I have browsed through it quite a bit recently so bear with me lads. I got my SG over 2 months ago and only figured out today how to use it correctly(to a certain extent). I have a question aimed particularly at DLD, although any answers would be appreciated. You seem to be the MAN when it comes to info DLD so I have a couple of questions regarding usage of the device. 1. Do I use my fully outstretched flaccid length or just flaccid length when determining the length of the device with the elongation bars? I have read contradictory statements everywhere. 2. Do I lock my penis in the device with the comfort strap while the springs are compressed to give it that initial stretch? or not?. Also(I have scoured countless pages on this and can never get a definitive answer or maybe I'm retarded) how does the traction work? I have read so much on it and understand it is difficult to put into words but cannot figure it out for the life of me! The hexagonal bars never seem to disappear into the device no matter what part I screw.Is there an actual tutorial with a real life example instead of a prop? Thank you so much to anyone who helps me:s

You will want to stretch to the rarest point in flaccid stretch you can when trying to break down tissue and make gains. The springs should be at least slightly compressed so there is a bit of traction from that point. If the fit is too lose then you should add a small bar. Over time you will want to add a longer bar, this is where traction from the bars comes in. Also, remember that the screws are reverse set so you will need to turn them counterclockwise to close them and clockwise to open them. I suggest going for sets of 30-60 minutes with some light stretching in between each set (basic stretching exercises are just fine) and then get into another set. Always be sure to keep up with the intensity always reaching for more length whether it be from new bars or use of the spring tension. You may need to try different configurations of bars to get just the right fit.
 
Hey DLD, I've had my extender/started doing manual PE about 2 weeks ago and I've seen great gains. .75 in BPEL in fact! I've been attaching the SG right below the glans and although it seems to be working I was wondering if the entire shaft needed to be stretched for optimum efficiency or if I could start up about mid shaft and just use fewer bars at high tension. It sure would make it easier to wear under pants if it was a whole long bar shorter? Is that cool or is it going to slow things down a lot not stretching the whole shaft?

There has been some speculation on attaching lower to create better expressive gains (gains from inside the body) but no one has been consistent enough with it yet to make any firm theories on it's effectiveness. In my opinion it is better to use the SizeGenetics just below the glans as you have been doing and then include some manual expressive stretches to cover that area. Expressive stretches can be done in a few ways, the best is using the LengthMaster as this allows for two handed stretching from a very low point on the shaft. They can also be done with a BathMate using the BathMate Hardcore Stretches. Lastly, they can be done manually by simply gripping the penis at a low point and stretching in multiple direction from there. To get even more out of your length routine you should include some bundled stretches where you twist the penis and stretch it from there. These are best done with the LengthMaster but can also be done by hand. These will go to stretching the Tunica most effectively which will leave room to grow both in length and girth. I also suggest getting in some erect stretches, maybe 5 minutes a day, to help firm up all the length gains you are making.
 
Just taken delivery of this item, but still confused to the tensioning.

So how do I know which tension setting I'm actually using, i.e. 600, 900, etc?

I've got a question on the sizegenetics/X4 labs extenders. I currently own a sizegenetics, but I'm looking to increase the tension soon. The max tension may not be enough for me once I use up my newb gains. Does anybody know if the X4 labs arms are compatible with sizegenetics? I was reading that the x4 does 3600g tension whole the sizegenetics remains around 2800g? Correct me if I'm wrong
