I've been back at it stretching my dick like crazy for a month with only gains in eq. How long was it before anybody else saw gains? I always quit after 3 months and not seeing any real gain. I was hoping some new techniques and harder stretching would get me an extra cm by the end of a month. Obviously nothing drastic.
 
What device are you using to stretch? Intensity might be the problem here.

Long time no see D! Glad to see you back in the forums. I think the inconsistency is the issue, getting you past that 3 month mark. What happens at 3 months where you quit? There are a lot of new ways to grow since you last were here so when you are ready for a routine let me help you.
 
PE is so incremental and EQ dependent that it's difficult to see any appreciable differences in such a short period of time (difficult but not impossible). I'd echo what others have said and choose a solid routine that you can be consistent with and ignore the ruler for at least 90 days. It helps to have empirical evidence (read: measure pics of before/during/after) to help your mind accept the new you.

Life always happens and that's what makes me quit. For the longest time I'd get arrested every few months or shit like that lol. Plus, I get discouraged putting in hours of work every day while never seeing more than .2" worth of length gain. I was just wondering about how fast other people have grown so I can gage what I need to do. So far I've been focusing heavily on really hard downward stretched and lots of bundled stretches. My LOT is a bit above 9 o'clock so I figure downward stretches are where I need to focus to get the most out of lig stretching.

Thanks Still for the truth. If everyone could appreciate the small gains the big gains would come so much faster as being in the state of appreciation puts you in a positive place where the mind is working with the body in sync! Those small gains add up quick!
 
Welcome back dmoney. I have not been here very long but from my limited experience, my BM is what I started with and the gains were noticeable pretty quickly. I will admit that the gains were temporary to start with but I have continued using it and the gains are adding up. I was also guilty of thinking that small gains were not enough but I learned quickly that any gain was well deserved and worth the work. I would have to look back at my log to see what my gains have been so far but IIRC, I have added over 1/4" since September 2017. I am due another measurement soon and my progress measurements have been looking very good

I had to take a week off from crazy wrist cramps. Now I'm kinda back at it. Shit feels hopeless though. Never seen any real growth after all my work. My flaccid shrunk to nothing after needing a 5 day breaks

If only the gains didn't stop at .2 inches lol. Even now it's only shrunk with my tad weight gains lol. If it was that type of gains every 2 months I'd be all for it lol

Wow, I am so sorry to hear that. Are you clean now? If you want to talk I can relate to addiction and breakdowns big time. It is a tough place in life and getting to and through it can be a very difficult thing but when you succeed you truly take your life back. I hope and pray for the best for you. You know you have always been one of my favorites :)
 
Yea I'm good now. Still enjoy my weed and beer, but I don't have any desire to live life in a blackout anymore lol. Now, if I can just get my dick to stretch out another inch, life will be perfect haha

When I first began, I saw my first newbie gains in my first 3 months. 1/2" length and girth. Just doing jelqs. Then again, when you're completely new, with a virgin to PE penis, gains come from just about anything.

Gains usually come fastest for a newbie. As time progresses it becomes important to increase intensity to keep growth going.

You lucky bastard lol. Hearing people making newbie gains like that when I never got anything close is always discouraging 😂
