You lucky bastard lol. Hearing people making newbie gains like that when I never got anything close is always discouraging 😂

You can make the same gains my Brother! Just decide what you want and take it! That is the attitude!

Hopefully I start to see gains soon. I've lost track of how long I've been back at it. Probably 2 months. I wonder if I shouldn't start doing 30 minutes of jelqs and 30 of stretching rather than 1 hour + of just stretches. I wish I could remember what I did the one time I made a .2" gain in length. Over the last 10 years of trying PE off and on, there was only one go around where I actually grew.

Get yourself a device. The major reasons why you are not gaining is because your penis has adapted to any form of pressure and stretch you do with your hands. Buy the length master for length and if girth is what interest you, get the bathmate.

Start with a basic easy routine to follow just to slowly get back in the groove. As days progress you can reevaluate your workout to increase in intensity or add tools to the mix. The LengthMaster is an incredible help in the length department, it can be used to replace all stretches, even the Newbie Routine Stretches. I would also give a good read through SRT this will teach you many things that are new in PE, it also gives great direction to gaining and healing in general. If you need help let me know and I can help you with writing a routine.

I'm too broke to buy any device yet lol. Right now I'm just doing about an hour of regular, bundled, and v stretches. I think I'm gonna add 15 minutes of jelqs to the routine just cause it's the one basic exercise I've hardly ever done. Only did them back when I first learned about pe when I was 16.

At least now we know where the problem is coming from, just keep doing that you can do. Once you get a length master device, you will make more gains. I suggest you participate in the monthly contest so you can win the length master. Right now, I don't see you have any competitor, so this is your time to win the length master if you post regularly.

Just get involved with posting D! You can win any device just by being the top poster of the month and if you are the top poster for the year you get over $1000 cash and prizes. Posting is so easy and to beat pout the rest is simply staying involved on a daily basis. Start with a basic but hardcore workout and we will get some tools to you as time goes on. If you can not win the contest I may be able to get you a tool at cost, if that helps. I would rather not make money and you have important tools, than the other way around. So start with the hands and as time progresses jump headfirst into SRT and there is no way you are not gaining!

I'll start posting more when I'm not so busy. I've been working nonstop, plus finding a new job, doing interviews, etc. Maybe I'll just start posting while I spend my hour a day doing stretches lol

Thats it and you can win a tool at no cost! Get involved as much as you can!

Am I still eligible even though I won the first time you ran the contest a few years back?

You are eligible once in a year for the monthly prize and you are also eligible for the yearly grand prize as well. You can win every year so start posting and remember I'm not a part of the contest so do not see me as a competitor.

Well I start a new job tomorrow and it looks like I'll be working a shit ton of overtime there. So I probably won't be too active on the forums... But I'll still be tugging away at full force every chance I get lol

Keep us up to date on things, especially gains! Good luck with the new job, I hope you can make so good money with all that overtime.

Will do. Thanks for the support bro. This is why I've stuck around for 10 years even though I can't manage to keep a routine for more than 3 months 😂

When I started in Feb 2017 I managed about 1/8" length gain in 7 weeks doing the Newbie Routine. At that point I was gifted a BM and won a LM and the gains started coming fast. Yes I was still a newbie but that stuff works. I was gaining some length without tools but no girth from jelqing. If I had to choose between the 2 it would be very difficult since the BM can help with length as well. Girth is important to me but length is slightly more important.

Gotta find a way to keep at it, that's the hardest part. After my break of too damn long I'm hoping I get newbie gains again. My progress seemed very well cemented from before so maybe I'll get lucky and grow like a weed for the first 6 months. Being here gives me some more inspiration to work at it so don't run off and hide even if you're forced into an unwanted break for a week or two. I only ran off and hid because my body wasn't ready to start again (surgery) but now that I'm good enough to keep working I'm not going away.

Keep it up! You can gain in time. For example If you're 5" and trying to get to 7% you're attempting to gain 40% more. That's a lot when you think about it and won't happen overnight. Need to remain dedicated and know that five 0.2" gains are an entire inch. If you manage that every 3 months you'll be an inch bigger in 15 months. That's a lot to be proud of.

Keep going brother! How bad was the surgery? I'm thinking I have a hernia but not to sure. Also can length be achieved through BM?

Man that makes it seem so much easier thinking of it like that.

I can say that I never realized how much your body uses lower ab muscles until you're sliced open. I got cleared for 100% duty for work after 4 weeks but it took much longer until I was really 100%. After 3 months I tried using my BM and I did not feel good. The recovery was far worse than the hernia itself. I actually had zero issues before surgery but it was fairly large.

And like Big Schwanz said yes you can use the BM for length. Get in, pump up, and pull. Bathmate Hardcore Stretches is what its called. After a hardcore BM session I've come out really thick and visually longer.
