Morning in shower bath mate, some exercise, if possible extender. Wear ads and go to office.
In office extender for 2 hours in breaks. And ads also.
After office back in home. LM with fulcrum , some exercise, hanging, extender, Bathmate or vacutech, sex, and then off to sleep with ads.
Now comes EQ in here. For that Titan ( but not for me ) for I realized yombhie is bad for me. It makes me sweat, hand and feet numb, I loose my senses and feel I am sinking. I have a 100% yombhie capsules stopped it.
For EQ five G's I am starting. Please tell me what else to add to my routine and what I am doing wrong.
Now for the extender I am modifying my x4 spring based to non spring based like the miracle slider. I am making new rods at my factory. Spring based vs non spring based = 1500 hours ='700 hours.
