Need advice please !

One word.....HANG!!!! Others may or may not have used the hanging method..... but, I for one am a believer!!!! What you've been doing is good for a newbie routine, to prepare for much more intense things to come!!!! I have gained over 1 1/2", and did so, in just under a year! Since I've been working on cementing my gains, but will be hitting it hard and heavy again soon!!! The lengthmaster is a great tool, as you can hang with it, as well as all the other intense stretches you can do with it! I would definitely invest in one! But, I would without a doubt, get a hanger!!! Stillwantmore2 is the one that makes and sells them. I have one and love it!!! It is soooo comfortable!!!! Start with a lower weight at first, and move up from there. I also spend every minute when I'm not doing my routine in my extender! Get one!!! I also use the bathmate every night in the shower. Keep on with the manual stretching also for sure! There's a ton of info on hanging here, and also on the use of extenders. Good luck..... you'll get there!!!! You're just getting thru the break in period..... now the real work begins!!!! You have to be consistent and diligent!!!!!!

You have to condition your penis first thats at least 6 months with jelquing , do only jelq for 10-20 mins 6 on 1 off , from there if u want lenght you have the king of lenght which is hanging i personally do erect lightweight hanging , currently hanging 2 x 1 hs sets at 0.5lbs but thats for later.
Stick to only jelq , you dont need to mix exercises in the same session its so useless to me just pick one exercise of your personal preference and do it to condition your dick to jump into a more advance stage of PE.
Please check in the newbie forum some videos of DLD of my personal taste that helps me to keep going , the forum is made with a meaning , verbal expression should not be underestimated.

And always remember..... your soldier is very resilient!!!!! It's probably possible....but realistically, you're not gonna pull it off!!!! Always go hard, and continue to increase intensity!!! And like I said......consistency!!!!!

This helps us keep you accountable at the same time it helps you inspire other men to make greater gains.
