no...I gained back the quarter inch in 3 days, I lost tthe quarter in because i quit PE for 2months

Only thing I've ever really lost was some flaccid length due to turtling more when I had to stop PE for 2-3 weeks last winter. Took about a week to get it all back again. I was worried about EL, but it was still essentially the same during that time.

Good for you. I lost my EL a few times. Always just a little, like 0.25 or so, but its frustrating as hell.

I'm asking cause I do. And I did kick some wooden logs to harden my shins. Hurts like a bitch. And you can train much because of the bruising. But my coach told me that it can develop shin cancer, so I took it down a notch. These thai guys who do it a lot are known to get cancer in their shins. That's what I heard at least.
