Guys.. I don't get it. I can't really get any expansion straight after session. I tryed now and measured 11,4 - 11,5. It's like i lose expansion. I even did step up my girth work. I did one of my best girth workouts. I really got blood going, my penis was thick during exercise, got good expansion when i did ulis etc. But after session, no temporary expansion at all. It's more like i get less expansion afterwards. Really strange? Could this mean i am the type of guy that needs less workout to see expansions and gains? I don't do anything wrong when exercising. I have correct technique and everything. It just seems weird.

Any ideas? Thank you.

What do you mean? I splitted length session morning and girth evening as you said. What theory do you even base this on, that you should split it up? I have always gained when doing everything in 1 session before. You guys really don't have any other explanation why i don't get the expansion? How does the effect even happen? "Poof! Or perhaps your skin gets swollen temporarily. Just throwing theorys why you expand and i doesn't.

I wasn't the one who told you to split it up that was childish. I think you are getting to a point where you max out expansion (which isn't much since you only do manuals), and try to crunch out even more, traumatizing your cock, voiding the session.

Its not so much you're a less is more cat, but that you need to time your workouts better. Don't expect to do just one very hard session, and gain alot try to go for as many reasonably hard sessions as you can (if you had a bathmate like we do you'd have it much simpler)

I have noticed one thing. If i keegel hard when i'm 100% erect i will grow with 0,2cm. Lets say i get myself to 100% erection, then put on a clamp while i hold a keegel to lock that 0,2cm gain and trap it. Do this often could possibly make my penis increase those 0,2 in a regular state eventually. And then you keep doing same thing over and over again. Maybe clamping woule be best choice for me in the current state i'm in. Just a thought.

One day i will try a bathmate! Looking forward to it :)
 
Sure, but its better if you buy the bathmate first because its milder than clamping so you'll gain easier from it alone at this stage. Leave clamps for very last

Ulis is a weak exercise...the only two manual girth exercises that work are SSJ and Jelqing,the others,unless you're a newbie,won't give you much results.

If you're sure you have the right intensity and your workout is intense,and you still don't get any expansion i think you need a BathMate.For some men manual exercises are not great.Have you followed my girth routine and you still don't get any expansion?Are you working your dick at 100 % hard?

Erect Squeezes? Habban if you want that expansion it's best to do girth right after length because you beat your meat to a point where it can be considered in a very good pre fatigue mode for girth.

Okey! So Today i did an intensive 20min jelqing session without any progresss with temporary expansion afterwards whatsoever. I include slow squash jelqs. I have only been doing 10minute jelqing sessions max before. I have worked up from 5 minutes. A 20minute jelqing session is like a shock session for me compared to what i have been doing before when it comes to jelqing. It's more like i lose 0,1cm afterwards than gaining 0,1cm. Any thoughts? Could it be a chance that i could see expansion if i only did 3-5minutes if my penis responds better to lower intensity, or is that theory that some responds better to low intensity just bullshit?

It is possible that you may have started at an intensity too much for you, start low then progress higher and higher over time.

Yeah I figured. Erect squeezes to me didn't come up that great because it's tiresome and clamping is generally an easier alternative. Jelqing and ssj are soon to be my favorites :)
