I didn't gain shit for girth until I started using rings and the
bathmate. Manual work just doesn't cut it sometimes.
I will say if you really want to continue with manual work you should try squeezes. My favorite is the horse 440. You get to max (or I do anyway), uli at the extreme base, kegel to 110%, squeeze blood from glans with other hand into shaft with a kinda reverse jelq motion, hold both hands like that for 30 seconds or until your eq hits 50%. Repeat until you're sick of it.
I use a ring for these too, and I stick to doing girth work in an actually aroused state because things flare out just a little bit more when I do. I mix them in with edging with a ring also and the whole experience is very intense.
You should also consider doing some bundling as tight as you can without lumping up your dick. Ideally you bundle tight and stretch, but I can confirm that you can get at least some boost from doing tight bundling without a stretch. Jelqs for a few minutes have also been said to loosen things up for the real girth work. It's a trend that jelqing is generally considered a part of a warm up. They're very light when you compare them to the heavy work like bends or squeezes.
