I will do 4 rest days now and then month 9 will be over. Lets see what happens during the rest days. After that i will go back to my lighter jelqing routine, with a much lower grip strength and for only 5 minutes. Do everything with pretty low intensity basically. That is what has worked before. Also doing my jelqs at lower erection %. 70% max. This worked for me before.

I didn't gain shit for girth until I started using rings and the bathmate. Manual work just doesn't cut it sometimes.

I will say if you really want to continue with manual work you should try squeezes. My favorite is the horse 440. You get to max (or I do anyway), uli at the extreme base, kegel to 110%, squeeze blood from glans with other hand into shaft with a kinda reverse jelq motion, hold both hands like that for 30 seconds or until your eq hits 50%. Repeat until you're sick of it.

I use a ring for these too, and I stick to doing girth work in an actually aroused state because things flare out just a little bit more when I do. I mix them in with edging with a ring also and the whole experience is very intense.

You should also consider doing some bundling as tight as you can without lumping up your dick. Ideally you bundle tight and stretch, but I can confirm that you can get at least some boost from doing tight bundling without a stretch. Jelqs for a few minutes have also been said to loosen things up for the real girth work. It's a trend that jelqing is generally considered a part of a warm up. They're very light when you compare them to the heavy work like bends or squeezes.

2)What do you mean doing jelqs at 70 % erection?Did you not see my post before that?Any kind of girth exercise should be done at 100 % erection.Let me explain this to you.

If you are 70 % erect and you get 20 % expansion,that's 90 % of your max size.This is probably why you don't see any expansion.But if you're 90-100 % erect and get 20 % expansion that's 110-120 of your true size,that's when you get expansion and gain.

3)Get yourself a Bathmate if you don't get any expansion at all.
 
Also, if you're having trouble maintaining 100% while jelqing you need to start up with kegels. I've been doing them 5 weeks a couple hours a day and have seen my eq get a lot easier to manage, but I still expect my eq to continue to improve as I do them over the next few months. Really is important to have a strong pc muscle for girth work.

It's the little things habbs. The conditions need to be right every single time, and it's not hard, but it is time consuming.

I would try to switch this up a bit and see if it helps you with more expansion. 15/15 into 5x5x3 would make a better routine and bring the expansion you desire with little to no retention. So you will be doing 5 minutes of pumping followed by 5 minutes of jelqing and repeat this 3-4 times. You will see much better expansion after the first workout. I know you have had issues in the past with the SlowSquashJelq but if you can replace the jelqs, eventually, with the SSJ it will be even more gainful.

I agree I feel as though at most you can gain from manuals-girth wise will be 0.5" maybe if you're lucky 0.75"

Manually but I have seen some men get into the 1"+ area using the 5x5x3 routine. I get about 1/2" but I go it very light.

You can really do plenty with manual work either way. Bundles and rks for length and squeezes and bends for girth. Just takes grit and determination. Devices just give us the power to go farther faster than we ever could without them. Ideally we use the best of both worlds and come up with killer combo moves like bundles/jelqs/Bathmate/jelqs/cock ring/edge/horse squeeze/edge. Devices can be like the gameshark for pe.

Hello! I hear a lot of people talking about temporary girth gains after workout. Can someone explain this to me? The only temporary girth gain i can see is at the time i'm holding a squeeze from a jelq or ULI. Like when my jelqmotion is at the top my head is much bigger cause of all blood i pushed up. This is the only temp gain i get while exercising. Btw, all the temp gains i see while i am squeezing/jelqing, should that expansion (current look) be considered as my future girth later on? I mean, wow my penis looks way more handsome in the middle of the squeeze/jelq.

From what you have written, it seems you haven't done the 5x5x3 pumping routine. Get yourself a mityvac penis pump.
